आने वाले महीने अक्टूम्बर 2011 में 3 महत्वपूर्ण घटनाये स्पिक एशिया में होने वाली है. आईये देखे इन घटनाओ से स्पिक एशिया को वापस आने में कितनी मदद मिलेगी. 4 अक्टूम्बर 2011 20 सितम्बर 2011 को एक सोल एवम RIB के पदाधिकारियों की महत्वपूर्ण बैठक में RBI द्वारा कुछ दस्तावेज एवम कुछ सवालो के जवाब 2 हफ्तों में मांगे गए थे जोकि सोल को 4 तारीख तक जमा कराना है. अगर 4 तारीख की बैठक में RBI सोल के बिजनिस मोडल को समझ कर हरी झंडी दे देगी तो सोल को आगे काम करने की अनुमति मिल सकती है. 10 अक्टूम्बर 2011 स्पिक एशिया के पेनलिस्ट द्वारा दायर की गयी PIL की सुनवाई इस तारीख को माननीय उच्च न्यायलय में है. इस सुनवाई में RBI MCA एवम ROC भी शामिल होंगे तथा सोल की ओर से भारत के 5 शीर्ष वकील होंगे जिनका प्रतिनिधित्व मुकुल रह्तोगी जी करेंगे. 12 अक्टूम्बर 2011 माननीय मुंबई हाई कोर्ट में चल रही सोल सुनवाई के जज की पदोन्नति सुप्रीम कोर्ट में हो जाने की वजह से दुसरे जज आ जाने की वजह से एवम आने वाले महीने दुर्गा उत्सव की छुट्टियों के मद्देनजर अगली सुनवाई 12 अक्टूम्बर 2011 को है जिसमे EOW ROC एवम MCA शामिल होंगे लगभग सभी जाँच अजन्सियो ने (EOW ROC MCA SFIO ) ने अपनी जाँच पूर्ण कर ली है केवल RBI को सोल के दस्तावेजो की जाँच 4 अक्टूम्बर को करेगी. अब तक किसी भी जाँच कम्पनी को कुछ अतिरिक्त दोष नजर में नहीं आया है जैसा की आप सभी को पता है. अब माननीय अदालत पर पूर्ण निर्भर करता है की वो अपना फैसला कब तक सुनाये. जाँच एजेंसी को जाँच करने में वक़्त लगना लाजमी है पर हर हर बीतते वक़्त के साथ हम लक्ष्य की ओर बड़ रहे है. हमारे पक्ष में फैसला आना महज वक़्त की बात है

Online survey firm Speak Asia’s surveys for its investor-panelists were sourced mostly from Wikipedia and other sites on the Internet, and not from clients based abroad, the investigation by the Economic Offences Wing of Mumbai police has revealed.The EOW, on Friday, arrested a web designing firm’s owner who allegedly prepared surveys for Speak Asia from information he gathered through the Internet. Speak Asia’s claim that its surveys were sourced to clients abroad who wanted feedback from consumers in India, has fallen flat following revelations by him.Nayan Khandor, 25, owner of Brand Saloon Inc. was arrested by EOW on Friday evening and following a search at his office in Dadar, cops seized material that suggested his firm’s relationship with Speak Asia. “We are in possession of Khandor’s electronic communication with Speak Asia’s Manoj Sharma, the bills Speak Asia paid for, and the unsent surveys he did for Speak Asia,” said an EOW official.According to police, Khandor claimed he was aware that the surveys he was doing for Speak Asia were not being used for any genuine purpose. Speak Asia used to pay him anything between Rs 30,000 to Rs 1.5 lakh per survey.“In one of the emails exchanged between Khandor and Seven Rings India, a Speak Asia concern, Khandor was given a list of topics that were to be considered for future surveys. The topics included use of scooters, deodorants, talcum powder, washing machines, power saving etc,” said EOW sources. Khandor and his team would search information related to the above topics on Wikipedia and other sites on the Internet and prepare a survey. It would be sent to Seven Rings India or Tusliantek company in Delhi.From Delhi, the survey, after approval by top bosses, was uploaded on a Singapore-based server to be sent to hundreds of panelists who were supposed to respond to it.Speak Asia bosses have maintained so far that the surveys were commissioned by companies abroad and the income from these surveys was being distributed among the investor-panelists. Each panelist had to conduct four surveys a month for which he was paid Rs 500 per survey.Khandor will be produced in court on Saturday and EOW authorities said they will seek his police custody for further interrogation. On Thursday, EOW had arrested Speak Asia financial consultant Sanjeev Dandona. According to EOW, Dandona was proxy owner of Kritanj Management, a firm associated with Speak Asia.
