My answer is as under :--
I have participated in several programmes like Online MLM, Surveys, Investments etc. before participating these programme companies as well as my sponsors show me legal documents of companies for doing their business, income proof and several offers also . But all these companies were scam and most of them disappeared within short period and some companies faced legal problems. As and when they faced problems legally they saliently shutdown them self instead of giving any statement or any counteract against action taken by the various Govt. agencies, because they were done the business illegally. But in this instant case you can see that even if the allegation reported against the company the company is fighting tooth and nail to normalize business operation as soon as possible and releasing counteract statement against the allegations and is facing court cases and appointed a best legal team even they knocked door of justice. As a result of this Supreme Court of India appointed Honb’le Ex-Chief Justice of India Mr R.C. Lahoti Ji as a mediator and mediation process has been completed on 19th Dec. 2011 and being submit report in Supreme Court in first week of January. As per the information received from my reliable sources the allegation imposed upon the company could not proved by various agencies. However, some media is again and again attacking on the company that is not important because actually media deals with ideas whereas some media have forgot their actual aim and doing their job as Business only. We can see that in near past so many MLM , Forex Investment and fake survey companies were comes in the market as mushroom and most of them have disappeared by cheating people with Crores and Crores rupees from public. But the most of medias and Govt. Agencies do not take any concrete action against them to prevent them to do such business . However, a factual company which is paying amounts regularly to its panelist have been attacked by medias with falls allegation and followed attacked by some Govt. Agencies. Okay, we are not against any investigation because it is good, if they made a true investigation against company to clear that whether the company is really doing business legally or otherwise to avoid any problems in future. But after considering the actions taken by various agencies and releasing falls news by some Medias it feeling that they are doing their job with prejudgement that is Wrong. If the company is doing the business legally let them to do the business herein India by opening permanent establishment with some conditional agreement as per the law and regulations. At present our Nation is facing lot of problems due to un-employment. Here, one company i.e. SpeakAsia is giving online JOBWORK to get Rs.1,000/- per week it is good opportunity and grate relax for people who facing unemployment. So Govt. should take good steps to extend this company by requesting them to invest capitals here in India and open their Offices. But some anti people including Medias who is dead against such good ONLINE JOBWORK is dramatically playing good roles against the SpeakAsia, but they don’t know they are kicking the stomach of poor unemployed people, it should be changed. Here I request you that you may pray to change the mindset of such people FOR A DAY BETTER DAY. Everything will be okay in near future, No doubt.
